A wonderful setting for a plant fair with the backdrop of the Castle across the valley and featuring many of the North East’s best growers and specialists. There are lots of changes and improvements afoot at the Castle this year and the plant fair will now be held in the sunny Walled Garden just over the wall from the Castle courtyard opposite the café. There will be some amazing plants on sale and a quality selection of interesting gifts, jewellery, furniture and lots more within the Gifts section.

Some beautiful gardens to wander through, including the rose garden, vegetable and fruit garden and the herbaceous borders.

Good quality plants for sale from Northern plant growers and nurseries giving you a wide choice of plants including herbs, herbaceous, alpines, shade lovers and small shrubs. We also combine with some of the best local small businesses in the area including photography, art, vintage furniture, jewellery and food stands so why not come along and enjoy a day out at Raby Castle.
