An intimate 3 acre award-winning cottage style garden and specialist plant nursery, nestled in a secluded hidden valley in Cornwall. It is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and dream amongst the colourful borders and beds set with herbaceous perennials, shrubs and grasses, and collections of Crocosmia, Agapanthus and Dahlias. There is a pond area with wildlife and bog planting, and a shady Fernery, also a Japanese area and Iris Bed. You can make your own refreshments in the Tea Hut and sample the homemade cakes, also buy plants at the plant nursery. In Season there is pick-your-own of soft fruits, vegetables and herbs. Dogs on leads welcome. Open March to October (except Tues and Weds) from 10 to 6. Entry is just £4.50 which includes tea/coffee, with free entry for children and free access to the plant nursery and tea hut. There is a Garden quiz for the children.
